01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering, or using any services provided by cly8, you hereby acknowledge that you have fully read and understood these Terms and Conditions. These terms are binding and take effect from the moment you begin using our platform, whether directly via the website or through any mobile device.

If you disagree with any part of these terms, you are required to cease using the cly8 platform immediately. Continued use following any amendment to the terms constitutes acceptance of the latest version of those terms.

Cly8 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. You are responsible for reviewing this page periodically to ensure you are always aware of the latest terms in effect.

02 Member Eligibility

To register and use cly8's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• You must be at least 18 years of age or the legal age limit permitted in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• You must be an individual, not a company, partnership, or other business entity.
• You are not permitted to register or use the platform if there are laws in your jurisdiction that prohibit participation in online gaming activities.
• You have not been diagnosed with or are undergoing treatment for a gambling dependency disorder, or have been excluded from any gaming program.
• Funds used for gambling at cly8 must come from a legitimate source and must not involve any illegal activity.
• You are not on any list of individuals prohibited from using our services by any relevant regulatory authority.

Cly8 reserves the right to request age and identity verification at any time. If you fail to provide the required documents within the specified period, your account may be suspended or closed until verification is complete.

03 Account Registration

Each member is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at cly8. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed without any refund of remaining balances.

During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full name as per your identification card, an active email address, a valid phone number, and any other details requested by the platform.

• You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password.
• Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
• Notify the cly8 support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
• Cly8 is not responsible for any losses resulting from your own negligence in maintaining account security.
• All activities carried out through your account are considered to have been performed by you.

Once registration is successful, you will receive a confirmation email. Your account will be activated as soon as the email is verified. Some features may require additional verification before they can be fully accessed.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

Cly8 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) using a range of secure and trusted local payment methods.

Accepted Payment Methods: FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and local bank transfers.

• The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 per transaction.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account within 1–5 minutes after bank verification.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per request.
• Withdrawals for KYC-verified accounts are processed within under 5 minutes during standard operating hours.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, for security and anti-money laundering purposes.
• Cly8 reserves the right to request additional verification before approving any withdrawal that exceeds a specified limit.

All deposits are final and non-reversible once credited to your cly8 account. If you encounter any issue with a transaction, please contact our support team within 24 hours of the transaction taking place.

05 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Cly8 offers a variety of promotions and bonuses for both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and specific promotion rules as stated on their respective promotion pages.

• The welcome bonus is available to new members making their first deposit only.
• Each promotion has its own wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
• The standard wagering requirement is between 20x to 40x depending on the bonus type.
• Bonuses cannot be used simultaneously with other bonuses unless stated otherwise.
• Cly8 reserves the right to cancel any bonus if there is evidence of abuse or fraud.
• Unused bonuses within their validity period (typically 7–30 days) will expire automatically.
• Members who register using false information are not eligible for any bonuses or promotions.

06 Game Rules

All games on the cly8 platform are operated using a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been certified and audited by an independent body. Every game outcome is entirely random and cannot be influenced by any party, including cly8 itself.

• Each game has a different Return to Player (RTP) value, which is stated in the respective game information.
• Wins resulting from technical errors or system disruptions are void and will not be paid out.
• In the event of a dispute regarding game results, cly8's server records are final and override any screenshots or other evidence submitted by the player.
• The use of automated software, bots, or any unfair method to gain an advantage in games is strictly prohibited.
• Cly8 reserves the right to void winnings and close accounts if the use of unauthorized methods is proven.

For Live Casino games, the result announced by the dealer is final, subject to video recording review if required. Any complaint relating to a live game must be submitted within 24 hours after the game ends.

07 Member Conduct

Cly8 is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and enjoyable gaming environment for all users. As such, all members are required to comply with the following code of conduct when using our platform:

• The use of abusive, offensive, or threatening language on any communication channel of the platform is strictly prohibited.
• Attempting to hack, attack, or disrupt cly8's systems or infrastructure is strictly prohibited.
• Cheating, colluding with other players, or engaging in any form of fraud is strictly prohibited.
• Transmitting any unlawful content, including seditious, obscene, or defamatory material, is strictly prohibited.
• Using the platform for money laundering or financing illegal activities is strictly prohibited.

Violations of any of the above conduct rules may result in a warning, temporary suspension, or permanent account closure depending on the severity of the breach.

08 Account Closure & Restriction

Cly8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any account at any time for the following reasons:

• Suspected or confirmed fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to provide the requested KYC documents within the specified timeframe.
• Inaccurate or false registration information.
• Requests from law enforcement authorities or relevant regulatory bodies.

If your account is closed due to a terms violation, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the severity of the breach. For self-requested closures, all valid balances will be returned to you after KYC verification is completed.

You may also request self-closure of your account at any time by contacting the cly8 support team. Self-closure requests for responsible gaming purposes will be processed within 24 hours.

09 Liability Limits

Cly8 shall not be liable for any loss of an indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential nature arising from the use of or inability to use our platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
• Service disruptions due to scheduled or unscheduled technical maintenance.
• Technical errors, server failures, or internet connection disruptions beyond cly8's control.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.
• Actions by third parties including payment providers or third-party game operators.

Under no circumstances shall cly8's liability to you exceed the total amount you deposited in the 30 days prior to the claim arising.

10 Terms Amendment

Cly8 reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to members via their registered email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except in urgent circumstances such as legal compliance requirements.

The latest version of these Terms and Conditions is always available on this page with a clearly stated update date. You are encouraged to check this page periodically. Continued use of the platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation before being brought before any relevant tribunal or court.
